The Role Our client is continuing their expansion across the region, servicing UHNWI's, government clients and large international organisations.
They form part of a large diversified portfolio of companies with a significant global footprint.

This is their first office in the UAE operating in Business Bay and they now seek an Office Manager / Executive Administrator to support the initial team as they develop.

The incumbent will be the first port of call for clients so a warm and friendly nature is paramount as is the ability to host the company's VIP guests.

It is imperative that the candidate is a fluent Russian and English speaker, as the C-Suite executives and Board are based between UAE and Russia and there is significant Board work and administration that will need to be completed in both languages.

The role reports directly to the CEO and assists him in the day to day operational function of the company and supports all the management team's travel, meetings and agenda's.
