• 3+years' experience in project management tasks relating tobusiness system development in a cross cultural, multi-time zone,complex, corporate environment with regular interactions withexecutive stakeholders or a bachelor's degree inmarketing or IT
• Experience in IT projectmanagement with knowledge of deploying solutions in multi-countryenvironments
• Knowledge in SIT, UAT,Preproduction and Production environments for developing ITsolutions
• Ability to work with and focustechnical teams for data preparation and new development follow upand delivery
• Collect feedback from countriesand translate it into user stories / technicalrequirements
• Understanding of traditional andnew SW Business Models (e.g., License, Subscription,SaaS...) to help speak common languages withstakeholders
• Basic knowledge of back-end datamanagement and systems structure
• Digital Assetcreation in connection with PIM product configuration, SDH assetgoldenization and bFO/bFS as well as snaplogic connectors inbetween
• Understanding of Schneider Electricbusiness (Industrial and Energy Management) with a particular focuson SW and digital service offers (e.g., SW offers, Exchange,Advisors, Aveva...)
• Understanding ofSchneider Electric persona ecosystem (e.g., Distributor, OEM,System Integrators...) and internal ways of working (CCC,Channels, mySchneider...)
• Create,maintain, and lead governance process producing comprehensivedocuments
• Highly collaborative, proactive, andinfluential personality
• Be a supportive leaderwithin DSC and Schneider Electric OfferManagers
• Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills in English
