Join our international team as an
Event Planner.

Event Planner responsibilities include:

Creates and confirms Nammos Restaurant Event Orders based on event specifications
Planning event aspects, such as location in the venue, seating, dining, and guest list
Coordinating event entertainment, including music, performers, and guest speakers
Planning multiple events at once
Handle complaints and specific customers' requests
Familiarity with regular and VIP guests
Act as an ambassador for the restaurant and help to market & promote all internal events
Building strong customer relations develop positive relations

Job requirements
To be a successful
Event Planner you should possess the following qualifications:

Proven 2 years of work experience as an Event Planner in upscale, high-end restaurant or hotel
Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage
Outstanding attention to detail
Wellorganized with excellent multitasking abilities
Experience of working in a highly customer focused service delivery role
Excellent problemsolving skills
Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
