Event Planner responsibilities include:
- Creates and confirms Nammos Restaurant Event Orders based on event specifications
- Planning event aspects, such as location in the venue, seating, dining, and guest list
- Coordinating event entertainment, including music, performers, and guest speakers
- Planning multiple events at once
- Handle complaints and specific customers' requests
- Familiarity with regular and VIP guests
- Act as an ambassador for the restaurant and help to market & promote all internal events
- Building strong customer relations develop positive relations
Job requirements
To be a successful
Event Planner you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven 2 years of work experience as an Event Planner in upscale, high-end restaurant or hotel
- Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Wellorganized with excellent multitasking abilities
- Experience of working in a highly customer focused service delivery role
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
