Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, select, train, and coach marketing and sales staff to achieve objectives.
- Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
- Contribute marketing and sales information to achieve operational objectives.
- Prepare and execute marketing action plans.
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
- Develop annual sales quotas for regions to determine annual and grossprofit plans.
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertisements to accomplish marketing and sales objectives.
- Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
- Research, identify, and capitalize on market opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
- Maintain rapport with key accounts through periodic visits.
- Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing in the UAE.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales and marketing management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Understanding of the UAE market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
