Qualifications &Requirements
This is an entrylevel manager position. Candidates must have 3 or moreyears' experience coordinating or supervising the work ofothers.

This experience must include the intake and assignment ofwork, the review and approval of work product, deliveringperformance feedback, setting goals and objectives, and reportingmetrics.

Candidates with an educationalbackground from a wide variety of disciplines including informationtechnology, information security, legal, compliance, informationmanagement, and/or records management will be considered.

Aptitudeand interest in personnel and team management, informationtechnologies, information security, critical thinking, changemanagement, customer service, and project management is a must.

Preference will be given to candidates with law firm or corporateexperience (whether as a practitioner or functional lead). Anundergraduate degree from an accredited four-year institution isrequired.
