We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth in the domestic workers sector.

As a Sales Executive in the Domestic Workers Sector at
M A F Domestic Workers Services Center, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.

You will play a critical role in promoting our services and ensuring that we continue to provide top-quality domestic worker solutions to households in Dubai.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients in Dubai seeking domestic worker services through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, referrals, and networking.

Consultative Selling:

Understand the unique needs and preferences of each client, offering tailored solutions and providing expert advice on selecting the most suitable domestic workers.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of our domestic worker services, including skill sets, qualifications, and cultural considerations, to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.


Sales Targets:

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and changes in domestic worker regulations in Dubai to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, client records, and other documentation required by the company.


Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with colleagues in the recruitment and operations departments to ensure the seamless placement and onboarding of domestic workers.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, including labor laws and regulations, in the domestic workers sector.


Qualifications:

• At least 2 experience in sales, particularly in the domestic worker services sector or a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the domestic worker market in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
