Position Summary


To develop and maintain sales strategy and implement with retailers in UAE, with clear objective of achieving the company targets in terms of quantity & revenue on HA products.

To find balance in sales between channels for proper contribution by all channels

To manage and monitor the sales operations, develop and drive continuous product demand and ensure product display quality.

Role and Responsibilities

Achievement of company targets across UAE:

  • Lead role in the country-wise sales planning and target setting in order to attain higher market share, achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify key models and liaise with marketing and channel to establish them as HIT products.
  • Manages key retailers and performs channel development to ensure that the proper fulfilling the objective of Samsung achievement of sales revenue, market share, investment in right channel
  • Conducts key retailer management and coop marketing implementation.
  • Provides accurate and timely forecasts and required reporting to the management team.

Monitoring and driving product demand:

  • Liaises with Marketing and retailers ensuring enhanced product visibility in the retail outlets in order to maintain dominating availability and display of Samsung products at the shop front.
  • Conducts markettrend analysis and works closely with the channel to develop plans to overcome potential issues.
  • Coordinates channel marketing and sellout programs to ensure market share achievement.
Skills and Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Over 7years of experience in distributor management within a consumer electronics environment with reputed companies. (Or similar experience in sales field of FMCG field as well)
  • Ability to perform and work under different conditions and be a team player.
  • Extensive sales thinking, demonstrable sales focus, proactive and proven sales track record.
  • Arabic Speakers are preferred
  • Selfstarter being able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills, assertive nature.
  • Excellent Microsoft OfficeC skills
  • Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Highly objective oriented, catch company's objective easily in different situation
