OFFICE ASSISTANT CUM BARISTA
Job Purpose The role combines administrative responsibilities with barista duties, providing an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both organizational tasks and crafting exceptional beverages.
Responsibilities & Duties
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
1.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized and uptodate records, including contracts, invoices, and other important documents.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members.
- Address inquiries and assist with information requests.
Barista Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure quality control in beverage preparation, including accurate measurements and presentation.
Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing beverages or snacks.
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep the coffee bar and seating area clean and wellmaintained.
- Monitor and restock coffee and snack supplies as needed.
Product Knowledge:
Job Title:

- Stay informed about coffee varieties, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
Educational & Work Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detailoriented with a focus on providing highquality service.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience as BARISTA in home country is an advantage
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
