OFFICE ASSISTANT CUM BARISTA


Job Purpose The role combines administrative responsibilities with barista duties, providing an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both organizational tasks and crafting exceptional beverages.


Responsibilities & Duties

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:


  • Assist in general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
2.


Scheduling and Coordination:


  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
3.


Documentation and Record Keeping:


  • Maintain organized and uptodate records, including contracts, invoices, and other important documents.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
4.


Customer Service:


  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members.
  • Address inquiries and assist with information requests.

Barista Responsibilities:

1.


Beverage Preparation:


  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Ensure quality control in beverage preparation, including accurate measurements and presentation.

Customer Interaction:


  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing beverages or snacks.
  • Take customer orders and process transactions accurately.
3.


Maintaining Cleanliness:


  • Keep the coffee bar and seating area clean and wellmaintained.
  • Monitor and restock coffee and snack supplies as needed.

Product Knowledge:


Job Title:

  • Stay informed about coffee varieties, brewing methods, and menu items.
  • Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences.

Educational & Work Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on providing highquality service.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience as BARISTA in home country is an advantage

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
