Manage all accounting transactions and ensure timely closure of accounts.

Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and legislation.
Conduct monthend and yearend close processes.
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Perform audits, ensuring adherence to financial policies and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an accountant, with a minimum of 3 years of experience (specific to the role level, e.g., junior, midlevel, senior).
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (especially Excel).
Indepth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
PHILIPINOS nationality
