- Provide administrative support tothe investment team, including calendar management, meetingcoordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assistwith the preparation and distribution of investment reports,presentations, and other materials.
- Maintainand organise electronic and physical files, databases, anddocumentation related to investmentactivities.
- Coordinate internal and externalcommunications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondenceon behalf of the team.
- Assist with specialprojects, research assignments, and data analysis as directed byteam members.
- Liaise with other departmentswithin the organisation to facilitate cross-functionalcollaboration and information sharing.
- Assistin the organisation and execution of team events, conferences, andmeetings, including logistical planning andcoordination.
- Uphold confidentiality anddiscretion when handling sensitive information and confidentialmatters.
