2+ years of experience in the same field. Must be preferable FEMALE (Arabic and English) speaking or writing._

Engineering Consultancy and/or Contracting experience is an ASSET._

  • Greet visitors and attend to their needs.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments.
  • Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
  • Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
  • Assist in handling suppliers' invoices and coordinate with the Accounting Department accordingly.
  • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks (Phone calls, Printing, Photocopying, Mail distribution, etc.).

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- receptionist/secretary: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic (preferred)
