    We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with European roots, and operations across six countries.

    As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales Associate to support the sales team by generating a robust pipeline, qualifying prospects, and driving outreach efforts to secure new business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities
    Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective clients using email, phone, and other approved outreach methods
    Research and qualify companies and contacts using publicly available information to determine suitability and interest
    Engage prospects in initial conversations to understand needs and confirm qualification criteria
    Book qualified meetings for senior members of the sales team and ensure smooth handover of relevant context
    Maintain accurate, timely, and complete records of all outreach and prospect interactions in the CRM
    Consistently follow up with prospects to progress conversations or confirm lack of interest
    Work within defined sales processes, outreach sequences, and activity standards to ensure consistency and quality
    Collaborate with the wider sales team to improve outreach effectiveness and lead quality
    Participate in regular team meetings, training, and coaching to improve performance continuously

    Requirements
    Early-career experience in sales, customer support, outreach, or a comparable role
    Basic familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools
    Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
