Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Ladies Tele Sales Representatives to join our team.

As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling printer repairing and service solutions, as well as printer consumables, to customers over the phone.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote our printer repairing and service offerings and sell printer consumables.

Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Identify customer needs and requirements, and recommend suitable printer repairing and service solutions and consumables.

Explain product features and benefits, and provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and delivery times.

Effectively communicate product promotions, special offers, and discounts to generate sales opportunities.


Maintain a thorough understanding of the printer repair and service industry, as well as our company's products and services, to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Accurately enter customer information, sales orders, and transactions into the company's CRM system.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals as set by the sales manager.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in tele sales or telemarketing is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.

Knowledge or interest in printer repairing and service, as well as printer consumables, is desirable.

Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Resilience and ability to handle objections and rejection in a professional manner.

Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
