    Great that youre thinkingabout a career with BSI Purpose of the position As theface of BSI the role of the Client Manager is to work closely withBSI clients to help them improve their performance by auditingtheir systems and processes against applicable Standards. At theend of each audit the auditor compiles a report and presents it tothe client. Context / Dimensions The scope of theposition will typically cover clients within the region buttraveling might be necessary from time to time. The role will be ona permanent employment basis. Key responsibilities and accountabilities
    • Recommendthe issue reissue or withdrawal of certificates and reportrecommendations in accordance with BSI policy procedures andprescribed time frame.
    • Prepare audit reports and deliver findings to clientsto ensure client understanding of the audit decision and cleardirection to particular items of corrective action whereappropriate.
    • Ensurethat value is added to customers and their business/organisationthrough the audit of their systems and processes against BSIrequirements
    • Continually enhance & uphold the reputation and perceptionof BSI through excellent planning delivery report writing anddaytoday interactions with customers and other key stakeholders
    • Demonstratecommercial acumen and real added value when feeding back to clients
    • Continuallydemonstrate a professional and engaging approach whilst auditingclients
    • Lead auditteams as required ensuring that team members are adequately briefedso that quality of service is maintained and that effective workingrelationships are sustained both with Clients and within the team
    • Maintain and enhanceappropriate professional qualification status in relevantdisciplines

    CandidateSpecification
    • Basedin Dubai or Abu Dhabi
    • IRCA accredited lead auditor for ISO 27001
    • Minimum of 3 yearsexperience in Information Security Management System Willing totravel on business intensively.Travel requirements in the MiddleEast and Africa region 70%
    • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology ordiploma related to ICT
    • Lead auditor or requirements and implementationtraining for ISO 20000 and ISO
    • All relevant Scheme requirements (includingexam); ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC Will be an advantage but canbe provided by BSI)
    • Engaging & highly skilled communicator able to convey clearmessages in a compelling and coherent way
    • Demonstrates knowledge of how a businessoperates to ensure appropriate interpretation of management systemstandards
    • Excellentpresentation skills able to present audit findings professionallyand effectively often through formal standup presentations to agroup of senior managers and Directors.
    • Ability to produce highquality professionalreports at a reasonable pace explaining technical issues anddemonstrating added value.
    • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to adaptstyle to a variety of situations
    • Computer literate with experience of basic Microsoftpackages
    • Cloudexperience is preferable.
