- _Organization of meetings and gatherings_
- _Organization of the President's trips, transfers and movements_
- _Management of paper and electronic correspondence_
- _Support for internal and external communication activities_
- _Contact person for all communications to and from the President_
- _Management and archiving of commercial contracts and company documentation_
- _Organization and participation in corporate events and fairs where required_
- _Management of expense reports_
- _Preparation of ppt presentations and drafting of minutes and minutes_
_Job Requirements_:
- _Fluency in English. Nice to have knowledge of a second language_
- _Previous experience in general secretarial activities will be considered a plus_
- _Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Power Point, Word and Excel)_
- _Excellent communication skills_
- _Proactivity and speed in managing activities according to priorities_
- _Ability to work in a team_
