The Requirements
Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Junior Sommelier
WSET Level 1 or above (desired)
Sake knowledge / keen interest to learn
A passion for people and delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experience. Is positive and upbeat...
The desire to learn, improve, develop, and grow
An engaged and collaborative team player
