CPT Markets, a growing retail Forex brokerage, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, and fostering client relationships for long term.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in sales management and a passion for the financial industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, meet sales targets, and maximize revenue generation
Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Act as a point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both locally and internationally, to expand the client base. Develop strategic partnerships and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients
Market analysis and industry knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis to capitalize on market opportunities. ]se market insights to drive business growth and stay ahead of industry trends
Collaboration with crossfunctional teams: Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, regulatory compliance, and outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven sales management experience: Minimum of years of experience in sales or a similar leadership role, preferably in the financial industry. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a sales team towards achieving individual and team goals. Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities to develop a highperforming sales team
Financial industry knowledge: Solid understanding of the Forex market, financial products, and industry regulations. Familiarity with retail Forex brokerage is highly desirable
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding abilities. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and build rapport with clients and team members
Resultsdriven and customerfocused mindset: A proactive approach to achieving targets, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations.
