- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and conducting new hire orientations.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, as assigned.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in HR.
Requirements:
- Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
