Responsibilities

Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and conducting new hire orientations.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits and programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and files.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support HR projects and initiatives, as assigned.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in HR.

Requirements:

Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources or related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
