Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Implement operational strategies that enhance profitability while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Train and manage staff, scheduling shifts, and handling HR-related tasks.

Monitor product quality and identify opportunities for improvement.

Handle supply chain, inventory, and resources effectively.

Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.

Review customer feedback and respond appropriately to improve service.

Develop strategies to improve overall restaurant performance.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven work experience as an Operations Manager in QSR and Casual Dining restaurants.

Preferred experience with Middle Eastern and Italian cuisine.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Working knowledge of financial and operational management.

Familiarity with restaurant management software.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant field.

Salary:
AED8, AED14,000.00 per month
