    Roles And Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage the daily schedule and appointments.
    • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
    • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
    • Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for business trips.
    • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
    • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or secretarial studies.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive secretary or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
    • Certifications in secretarial skills or office management are a plus.
    • Experience working with senior executives and managing their schedules.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Proficiency in using office software and applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective correspondence and interaction.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, including document editing and proofreading.
    • Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Fluency in English.
