About the Job:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred.
Language Skill:
Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Collaborate with senior management to align marketing objectives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate participation in aviation events, including exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.
- Represent Drayton Aerospace at these events, engaging with industry stakeholders, potential clients, and partners to promote our services and solutions.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts to foster business growth and client retention.
Specific Job Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the aviation or aerospace industry.
- Valid resident permit of UAE (Emirate ID), and eligible to work in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (moderate traveling).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience:
- Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- resident permit of UAE (preferred)
