    We are looking for a highly organized andmultitalented individual to join our team as an Office Admin cumConstruction/Fitout Project Coordinator. This is a dynamic rolethat combines the responsibilities of a skilled officeadministrator with the coordination duties of a project assistantwithin the construction/fitoutdepartment.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    OfficeAdministration:

    • Manageschedules and calendars for the construction/fitoutteam.
    • Handle travel arrangements and expensereports.
    • Organize and maintain projectdocumentation (drawings approvals contracts).
    • Prepare presentations and reports.
    • Process purchase orders and invoices.
    • Maintain efficient office systems andprocedures.

    Construction/FitoutProject Coordination:

    • Assist the Project Manager with planning and coordinatingproject workflows.
    • Monitor project timelinesand milestones identifying and mitigating potentialdelays.
    • Manage project communication betweensubcontractors suppliers and internal teams.
    • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes taking accuratenotes.
    • Organize and track projectdocumentation (RFIs drawings permits).
    • Coordinate site visits and document progressreports.
    • Assist with procurement and logisticsfor materials and equipment.
    • Resolve minorsite issues and escalate major problems to the ProjectManager.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administrationand construction/fitout environment.
    • Diplomain Civil Engineering / ITI

    Job Type:Fulltime

    Salary: From AED permonth

    Experience:

    • Office Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Civil Engineering: 3 years(Preferred)

    Ability toRelocate:

    • Dubai: Relocate beforestarting work (Preferred)
