- Manageschedules and calendars for the construction/fitoutteam.
- Handle travel arrangements and expensereports.
- Organize and maintain projectdocumentation (drawings approvals contracts).
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Process purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain efficient office systems andprocedures.
- Assist the Project Manager with planning and coordinatingproject workflows.
- Monitor project timelinesand milestones identifying and mitigating potentialdelays.
- Manage project communication betweensubcontractors suppliers and internal teams.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes taking accuratenotes.
- Organize and track projectdocumentation (RFIs drawings permits).
- Coordinate site visits and document progressreports.
- Assist with procurement and logisticsfor materials and equipment.
- Resolve minorsite issues and escalate major problems to the ProjectManager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administrationand construction/fitout environment.
- Diplomain Civil Engineering / ITI
- Office Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
- Civil Engineering: 3 years(Preferred)
- Dubai: Relocate beforestarting work (Preferred)
