We are currently Hiring a Sales Manager who will Join our growing team.


Responsibilities:


  • Define and implement the sales strategies.
  • Knack for client satisfaction and closing deals.
  • Contributes to the team's and individual growth.
  • Prepares reports on regular basis.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Create an open and harmonious work culture.

Qualifications:


  • Must have prior real estate sales experience of minimum 2 years in Dubai.
  • Deep knowledge about the Dubai real estate market.
  • Ability to work under strenuous circumstances and still deliver.
  • Strong negotiation and communications skills.
  • English speaking
  • MUST have a Driver's license
