Description

Customer Assistance:

Provide support to customers by answering inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with purchases both in-person and over the phone.

Order Processing: Manage orders, including processing payments, verifying order details, and coordinating shipment or delivery schedules.

Sales Support: Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, compiling sales reports, and maintaining client databases.
