Responsibilities:


  • Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in all areas of the facility, such as workout areas, locker rooms, and common spaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in restrooms and shower facilities, ensuring that they are wellstocked with essential supplies.
  • Empty trash receptacles regularly and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of exercise equipment and other gym equipments, ensuring they are safe and hygienic for member use.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout the facility.
  • Assist in the setup and takedown of equipment and furniture for various gym activities and events.
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs within the facility, such as malfunctioning equipment or potential safety hazards.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure and healthy environment for staff and members.
  • Support the overall team efforts by collaborating with other staff members and assisting in additional tasks as needed.

Requirement:


  • Minimum 1 year experience as Janitor/Helper at Health club/Gym facility
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
  • Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and supplies.


  • Good communication skills

Salary:
From AED1.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
