Description
Our client is a well-established
automotive spare parts distributor and retailer specializing in
vehicle modifications and conversions for commercial and offroad vehicles.
We are recruiting an experienced
"hunter" B2B sales manager from the
vehicle conversions and modification industry to join their Dubai team.
The role will be responsible for building a strong distributor network and winning projects sales through
B2B local and export business development in the
UAE, GCC and Africa.
Role Summary
Lead generation, prospecting, negotiation and deal closure of spare parts for commercial vehicle modifications and conversions to exceed annual sales targets.
Prepare quotation and RFPs / RFQs for timely submission.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
5+ years' business development and sales experience related to automotive spare parts and vehicle modifications of heavy-duty commercial and armoured vehicles for local and export markets.
Experience of modifications for ambulances, fire trucks, military trucks, armoring and off-road heavy vehicles is a strong advantage.
Strong commercial and financial acumen to prepare profitable proposals and effectively negotiate a win-win outcome.
UAE / GCC driving license is mandatory.
Must be able to travel across Middle East and Africa without any visa restrictions.
Fluent in English.
Results driven with an entrepreneurial "hunter" mindset and approach to win new business.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
