Description
We are seeking a highly competent and proactive
Store Operations Manager to join our team.

As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our store's operations, with a particular focus on product registration, supplier management, licensing, and store opening processes.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and successful store openings, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and adhering to all legal and licensing requirements.


Responsibilities:

Product Registration:


  • Manage the process of registering the company's products with the appropriate regulatory authorities.
  • Stay uptodate with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all necessary guidelines.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather the required documentation and information for product registration.

Supplier Relations:


  • Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers who can provide quality products at competitive prices.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with suppliers.
  • Regularly evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Licensing:


  • Understand the legal and licensing requirements for the store's operations.
  • Work closely with the appropriate authorities to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and permits.
  • Keep track of license expiration dates and ensure timely renewal to maintain compliance.
  • Stay updated on any changes in licensing regulations and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.

Store Opening:


  • Oversee the entire store opening process, including planning, organization, and execution.
  • Coordinate with various departments, such as marketing, operations, and human resources, to ensure a smooth opening.
  • Manage the setup and arrangement of the store, ensuring it is visually appealing and aligns with the company's brand image.
  • Train and supervise staff members to ensure they are wellprepared for the store's opening and subsequent operations.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in store management or a similar role is essential in UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of product registration processes, supplier management, and licensing requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and authorities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Problemsolving abilities to address challenges that may arise during product registration, supplier relations, licensing, or store opening.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide store staff effectively.

Experience:


  • UAE in the same field: 4 years (preferred)
