- Develop account strategies aligned with customer goals and regional market trends.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates and forecasting.
- Engage with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CROs, compliance leaders, digital transformation heads) to understand their challenges.
- Position AI solutions in terms of measurable business outcomes (efficiency, compliance, risk reduction, revenue optimization).
- Present tailored proposals, demos, and business cases that clearly show ROI and value.
- Understand the regulatory and risk environment in GCC markets (e.g., SAMA, CBUAE, FATF, NCA, NDMO).
- Articulate how AI solutions address issues like AML/KYC, fraud prevention, data privacy, and governance.
- Collaborate with internal experts to ensure proposals meet client compliance and data protection needs.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with customers and key partners.
- Support renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling within existing accounts.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure smooth handover to delivery and success teams.
- Work with marketing, pre‑sales, and product teams to tailor messaging for the GCC market.
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to influence regional strategy.
- Ensuring that sales and business development targets are met.
- Attend industry events, conferences, meetings, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote the Mozn's offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA or risk/compliance certifications are a plus.
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AI, analytics, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Proven sales experience in the GCC with understanding of local business culture and procurement practices.
- Familiarity with FSI, public sector, and enterprise digital transformation.
- Strong consultative and value‑based selling skills; ability to sell complex solutions to multiple stakeholders.
- English fluency required; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
