• Ability to understand complex business problems, and establish adesign vision for the product – short, medium and longterm
• Exceptional communication andstorytelling skills
• Experience designing andshipping impactful products at scale
• Experience of working within muti-disciplinary setups with Product,Engineering and Commercial Counterparts
• Ability to distill and digest data sets and use them for impactfuldesigns
• Experience working with designsystems
• Experience working in high-growth techcompanies and accustomed to rapid change. Comfortable withambiguity
• A broad range of skills covering thedesign process end to end: interaction design, visual design andprototyping
• Experience in design thinkingmethods
• Ability to clearly articulate problemsand solutions with excellent written, verbal and presentationskills.
• A solid understanding of following andcreating design language patterns
• Experiencein conducting user interviews for research and testpurposes
• Experience of working in a fast pacediterative environment – incorporating feedback, launchingquickly, setting measures for success and learning from what getsshipped.
• A strong portfolio showcasingexamples of good design and problem solving skills in a mobile appenvironment. Case studies and a deep dive into the process areencouraged.
