    Job Description

    • The purpose of the role is the review analysis and response to Claims instrumental in resolving situations without the need for escalation. The responsibilities include but are not limited to;
    • Fully conversant with International FIDIC Laws and Contracts based upon FIDIC principles.
    • Understanding of delay analysis techniques and the ability to advise and consult on all matters related to claims in relation to time delays.
    • Evaluation Analysis and preparation of counter claims.
    • Using delay analysis techniques and understanding the strengths and weaknesses of these in specific situations.
    • Drafting of documentation pertaining to counter claims and contracts.
    • Instrumental in the settlement of disputes prior to escalation also the preparation of information for Senior Management and Legal Teams if required.
    • Coordination Planning and Quality Management.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Masters in Construction Management or LLM in Arbitration would be a bonus
    • Must have experience in Delay Analysis Techniques
    • Clear and detailed understanding of FIDIC Contracts
    • Must be familiar with Primavera 6 for delay analysis purposes.
