We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Support Manager to join our team.


Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage all team initiatives including projects and development activitiesProactively maintain standards, working practices and behaviors of the Client Support Management team.

Provide support for Corporate Distribution in acquiring new business.
Shows strategic alignment to client values and identity.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Business Administration and 8 or more years of experience in a related field.

Experience in the financial services industry in a similar role within a customer service environment.
Familiarity with customer needs and those of their advisersAn ability to understand, interpret and translate customer requirements into deliverables.
