About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Butcher to work closely with the Kitchen Production team in a semi-industrial bakery environment, providing high-quality meats and services to our customers.

The Butcher will be responsible for performing quality inspections, using meat grinders, knives, saws, and other tools to cut meat into smaller portions, weighing, pricing, and packaging cuts, as well as ensuring that displays and signage are attractive and eye-catching.


  • Cutting, grinding and preparing meats as per order
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive
  • Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products
  • Managing inventory, unloading supplies and organizing the storeroom

Requirement
Should have at least 2 years working Experience in butchery

  • Experience in kitchen operations
  • Indepth understanding of food health and safety regulations
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extending periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments
  • Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional physical stamina and strength
