• Develop and implement a social media strategy in line with overall marketing objectives.
• Create, choose, and share interesting content (text, photos, videos).
• Adhere to brand guidelines and work within them.
• Elevate our brand to new heights.
• Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, comments, and messages.
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries and comments on all social media.

• Develop a high-quality content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Create engaging content formats like posts, stories, reels, and live videos.
• Utilize social media analytics to measure performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team to produce visually engaging content.

• Build and maintain a strong online community by interacting with followers.
• Identify and engage with key influencers in the real estate industry.
• Maintain online reputation by responding to complaints or feedback.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize returns on investments.
• Stay updated about social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of all social media platforms.
