Responsibilities:

Task Execution:


  • Efficiently carry out tasks assigned by management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in the delivery of items or documents between different departments.

  • Communicate effectively in Spanish to facilitate smooth coordination within the team.

Organization and Coordination:


  • Maintain organized workspaces and storage areas for easy accessibility.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline task execution.

Inventory Management:


  • Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.

Customer Service:


  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer requests or inquiries.
  • Assist in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients or guests.

Adherence to Policies:


  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines during task execution.

  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
