Job Title:
Demand Planning Manager


This role is a part of our Demand Planner's team and have an impact on the development of the Royal Philips' business.


Your role:


  • Create sales, marketing, consensus forecast for the assigned planning horizon, by creating the statistical baseline forecast and enriching it with all relevant input
  • Review and analyze sales trends, sell out, stockintrade, research demand drivers, prepare forecast analytics and evaluate forecast results
  • Manage and maintain the Demand Planning process for respective businesses and Customer Planning Groups
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve the forecast
  • Takes initiative and identifies problems in actual way of working, runs small planning improvement projects.
  • Develops and introduces new supporting planning sub processes and improves existing planning processes.

You're the right fit if:


  • 35 years of experience in relevant position (demand planner, supply chain)
  • Understanding of the Market Demand Planning and S&OP process
  • Knowledge of: SAP (ERP, APO), MS Excel, JDA
  • Strong communication and analytical skill
  • Good organizations skills and ability to prioritize tasks
