Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in managing guest bookings and providing excellent customer service to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and reservations through various platforms, ensuring all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, preferences, and concerns promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all properties and offerings within our portfolio.
• Assist with the management of availability and pricing on rental platforms such as Airbnb.
• Coordinate with property management and housekeeping teams to ensure all guest requirements are met before and during their stay.
• Follow up with guests post-stay to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and upcoming events to potential guests.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple bookings and guest requests.
• Proficiency in using reservation management software and other technology tools.

Desired Experience

• Previous experience in reservations or customer service within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with online reservation systems and platforms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and guest demands.
