    Responsibilities

    • Ensurefront desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material(e.g. pens, forms and informativeleaflets)
    • Train, supervise and support officestaff, including receptionists, security guards and call centeragents
    • Scheduleshifts
    • Ensure timely and accurate customerservice
    • Handle complaints and specificcustomers requests
    • Troubleshootemergencies
    • Monitor stock and order officesupplies
    • Ensure proper maildistribution
    • Prepare and monitor officebudget
    • Keep updated records of office expensesand costs
    • Ensure company's policiesand security requirements aremet

    Requirements andskills

    • Proven work experience as aFront desk manager or Reception manager
    • Handson experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines andprinters)
    • Thorough knowledge of customerservice, office management and basic bookkeepingprocedures
    • Proficiency in English (oral andwritten)
    • Solid knowledge of MS Office,particularly Excel and Word
    • Excellentcommunication and people skills
    • Goodorganizational and multitaskingabilities
    • Problem-solvingskills
    • High School diploma; additionalcertification is a plus
