- Ensurefront desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material(e.g. pens, forms and informativeleaflets)
- Train, supervise and support officestaff, including receptionists, security guards and call centeragents
- Scheduleshifts
- Ensure timely and accurate customerservice
- Handle complaints and specificcustomers requests
- Troubleshootemergencies
- Monitor stock and order officesupplies
- Ensure proper maildistribution
- Prepare and monitor officebudget
- Keep updated records of office expensesand costs
- Ensure company's policiesand security requirements aremet
- Proven work experience as aFront desk manager or Reception manager
- Handson experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines andprinters)
- Thorough knowledge of customerservice, office management and basic bookkeepingprocedures
- Proficiency in English (oral andwritten)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office,particularly Excel and Word
- Excellentcommunication and people skills
- Goodorganizational and multitaskingabilities
- Problem-solvingskills
- High School diploma; additionalcertification is a plus
