    OverviewGuestReady is an award-winning startup in the sharing economy.

    Its mission is to take the hassle out of short and mid-term rentals, as well as any operations related to turning over guests, and to optimise listings to incur a maximum yield for the client.

    The company manages around 6000 properties across 20 cities, has sold 1,200,000+ guest nights, and generated rental income of €200m+ for owners.

    GuestReady is expanding in the UAE and seeks team members who can push the vision forward.

    We are currently searching for an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager in Dubai who can partner with other departments to drive measurable results that benefit the business.

    This role spans increasing GuestReady's supply of properties to manage and increasing demand for bookings at our properties. The ideal candidate will implement an effective sales approach that expands reach, strengthens client relationships, and guides sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and differentiate the company.

    ResponsibilitiesIdentify Target Market:
    Focus on high-value properties (apartments, villas, penthouses, buildings) in key and thriving neighborhoods

    Leverage Existing Networks:
    Raise awareness about GuestReady; Attend industry networking events & trade showsUtilise personal and professional networks to find leads — affiliates, investors, developersCollaborate with influential personalities in the real estate and travel sectors to expand reach and credibilityCommunicate GR Value proposition:Clearly communicate GuestReady's unique selling points, such as comprehensive property management services and potential revenue increasesUse real-world examples and success stories to build credibility and trust with potential clientsCreate and distribute valuable content (e.g.

    , blog posts, opinion pieces, case studies) that addresses property owners' pain points; use content to nurture leads and demonstrate GuestReady's expertise in property managementBuild Solid Outbound Strategy & Pipeline:
    Develop and execute a business strategy that prioritises opportunities for growth with property developers, brokers and agents, including:Refer GuestReady's services to property investorsRefer GuestReady leads that are interested in buying propertyPartner with investors & developers to manage their buildingsExplore fixed rent dealsDevelop targeted email and phone campaigns to reach owners and managersForm strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, property developers, and travel agencies to gain referralsUse outbound marketing tools to find and reach potential clientsBuild corporate relationships for corporate bookings and extended staysBuild Successful Referral Programs & Promotions:Develop and promote referral & kickback programs to encourage current clients and partners to refer new property owners to GuestReadyOffer incentives for successful referrals to motivate participationPlan and run limited-time promotions to garner interest and conversion during low seasonNegotiate and convert deals
