THE ROLE

OPPORTUNITIES

  • You will be responsible for the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives for the MEA region.
  • You will partner with senior business leaders to help them and provide datadriven recommendations that improve team effectiveness.
  • You will help build leadership capabilities through coaching and leadership development.
  • You will support and make recommendations to improve the employee experience.
  • You will collaborate closely with global HR teams to drive critical projects such as inclusion and diversity, talent management, succession planning, and tie these back to the business strategy.
  • You will present monthly HR scorecard, monitoring metrics and KPIs to track progress and provide the HR leadership with results and recommendations.

SKILLS

  • You should have solid experience in a progressive HR role, ideally in an HRBP role in a fastgrowing environment.
  • You should have worked in a multinational company with a global HR team dynamic.
  • You should have MEA regional experience.
  • You should have strategic thinking: Able to see the "big picture" and stand back to bridge the strategic vision with the details of daily execution.
  • You should have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to establish trust and credibility at all levels and be able to simplify and synthesize complex topics as Regional HR Business Partner.
  • You should have strong business partnering skills and ability to influence others without formal authority.
  • You should have flexibility, be forward thinking and able to navigate ambiguity and change, flexing to the needs of the business.
  • You should be able to advise and action on challenging people changes, such as restructures.
  • The ability to speak Arabic and/or French would be advantageous, but not required.
