Job Specific Accountabilities

Creative development

  • Contribute in the creative and conceptual development of marketing and communication deliverables which use the corporate brand to ensure compliance.
  • Use wide range of media, including photography and graphic design software to develop graphics.
- layouts, product illustrations, company logos, and various corporate communication media.

  • Contribute to the development of branding strategy and plans in conjunction with Team Leader and
- regularly update management on branding initiatives.

  • Collect, organize, and maintain media library assets (images, previous jobs and stock photography
- items).

  • Set and conduct quality control measures for digital printing and paper stock and reviews the details of
- the pre-press print product.

  • Make proof copies of art work for clients' approval as well as for printing technicians to be used as guide
- with digital offset.

  • In coordination with the Team leader, oversee the approval for branded campaigns, deliverables and
- other branded products before final production and distribution.


Brand Compliance


Develop design standards, specifications and supporting policies and manuals as directed and as per corporate guidelines to support consistent branding across all marketing initiatives in the organization.

Oversee the correct use of the brand - both externally and internally to protect the corporate reputation.


Collaboration


Ensure collaboration with all relevant internal and external teams in-order to contribute to the management of branding and marketing initiatives and advise on branding criteria.


Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, visual communication or any other design related field.


Experience and Skillset

  • 8 years of experience in Creative design/ Brand Management, of which at least 3 years in a senior professional role, with growing managerial accountability.
  • Mastery of Adobe Cloud with specialization in Photoshop, illustrator, In Design and Lightroom.
  • A solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Innovative, creative and conceptual thinking.
  • Expert knowledge in graphic production process.
  • Knowledge of strategic marketing
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Project management skills
  • Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field of design, software updates, best practices and latest printing technology.
  • Experience with HTML, Word press, and motion graphics a plus.
