As a Staffing Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentConduct thorough candidate screening and selection processesBuild and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needsManage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and supportStay updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitmentEnsure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Identify opportunities for business expansion and upselling of staffing services.
