• Lead the BIM strategyimplementation across the P&B businessunits.
• Establish relationships with the variousstakeholders within the business who are key to drive the strategywithin the organization.
• Manage the BIM teamwithin the P&B across the differentdisciplines.
• Coordinate the deployment ofBIM-based delivery across various multidisciplinary constructionprojects, ensuring alignment with organizational practices andconstruction supervision services.
• Oversee theprogress of BIM scope delivery in design and supervision projectsacross the project lifecycle.
• Lead in BIMimplementation, standards, workflow & methodologies for thedifferent business units and according to projectlifecycle.
• Assist in managing legalimplications of BIM delivery, developing specific BIM protocols andlegal frameworks to drive contractcompliance.
• Develop capability and competenceassessments of the contractor's supply
  chainbefore appointment.
• Establishing relationshipswith Clients.
• Lead BIM scope negotiations withthe Client BIM team, validating exclusions, risks, and bestpractices supporting BEP approval.
• Assist indefining the Learning and Development requirements within theproject supply chain.
• Unlock the BIM dimensionspotential and identify opportunities for growth and new andinnovative service offerings.
• Identify anddetect potential opportunities/risks for the project or theteam.
• Integrate leading-edge BIM applicationsinto the BIM strategy.
• Setting the ground forthe digital delivery model of thebusiness.
