Description

Oversee the overall technical aspect of repairs and corrective action of machines in the site

Supervise and report the overall performance of field mechanics, technicians and drivers at the site
Cross check and verify the authenticity of overtime work rendered to sites. Number of hours worked and travel time
Oversee and verify the integrity of consumable spare parts rendered to service machines
Supervise and verify the integrity of spare parts rendered/used for trucks on corrective service
Assure and verify credibility of service report generated on each service/ repair intervention
Plan and design timely and efficient implementation of preventive maintenance service of machines, site priorities and proximity
Monitor and request timely service of project vehicles
Monitor efficiency of fuel utilization of project vehicles
Monitor and record monthly beginning SMU of machines
Monitor, supervise and record monthly petty cash utilization
Coordinate with site supervisors/ safety officer issues, request and proposals to further enhance project activity and efficiency
Report abuses of machines, improper or unsafe operation in the sites
Act as liaison officer of the Site/Client Office
Send daily reports of site visits to the line manager
Ensure that all UG technicians are well equipped with proper PPE in accordance with ADFCA and presentable to keep UG brand name a top priority
To be in constant touch with service coordinator for any updates, spares and knowledge of the equipment

To prepare incident reports for any damages or misuse by the operators

Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent qualifications

Minimum Experience:
Minimum five years of experience in heavy equipment rentals or similar automotive field

Job-Specific Skills:
Has extensive knowledge and experience in equipment rental maintenance
