    Black &Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software simulationcompany in Dubai a prominent leader in engineering solutions thatdrive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defenseand Oil & Gas. Our client is looking to hire an experiencedAssistant Sales Manager who will collaborate closelywith the Sales Director to drive daytoday sales operations enhancepipeline development and ensure the achievement of ambitious salestargets.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct weekly opportunity reviews strategizing to advance salesopportunities towards closure across variousstages.

    Manage andmonitor the sales pipeline identifying growth opportunities andmaintaining a balanced flow across differentstages.

    UtilizeSalesforce reports and dashboards to track key sales metricsuncover trends and provide insights to optimize salesperformance.

    Collaboratewith the inside sales team to ensure efficient lead generation andappointment setting for field salesreps.

    Review and enhancesales presentations crafted by the field sales team ensuringclarity conciseness andeffectiveness.

    Supportthe Sales Director with various salesrelated tasks asrequired.

    Overseemarketing activities aligned with sales goals to ensureeffectiveness andalignment.

    Analyze salesdata to identify areas for improvement and optimize salesprocesses.


    Requirements

    Preferred: Master s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalentexperience.

    Minimum 5years of experience in sales management preferably in the softwareindustry.

    Demonstrated success inachieving sales targets and exceedingquotas.

    Proficiency in Salesforce for sales opportunity management withstrong analyticalskills.

    Excellent communication and presentation abilities coupled with thecapacity to effectively deliver sales presentations and providecoaching.

    Experience in team management and motivation to drive goalachievement.

    Ability to prioritizetasks manage time effectively and workindependently.

    Strong work ethic anda resultsoriented mindset.

    Experiencein modeling or simulation software sales isadvantageous.
