Lead Product Manager

Overview:
Mastercard's Cyber & Intelligence Solutions organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for partners across the globe.

As part of this organization, the AI Express and Brighterion Product team leads the development, commercialization and delivery of AI products that enable simple and secure digital experiences for consumers.

Our flagship products include AI Express, AI for Credit Risk and AI for Acquirer Fraud which are powered by Brighterion a company that Mastercard acquired.

The AI Express and Brighterion Product team is lean, highly innovation-oriented, and offers the opportunity to interact with leading data scientists, dev teams at Mastercard and globally across our customers

Role :

As part of our growth, the Product team is looking for a Senior Product Specialist who will support the commercialization of products within Fraud, Risk and Security across Industry Verticals, collaborating with various teams in Mastercard.

This is an IC role and you will:

Respond to RFIs and RFPs from customers seeking to deploy products in the Fraud, Risk and Compliance areas. Prior experience in this area will be a plus.
Understand the use cases for AI Express engagements in conjunction with the Account Managers and regional teams. Ensure successful completion of the AI Express engagements from ideation to delivery.
Engage with customers in sales and demo meeting/ calls.
Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Dev and Deployment as part of a highly agile environment

Be ready to work on cutting-edge product-technology areas leveraging AI and Cloud where we solve a variety of problems across lines of business for our customers globally

About You:

Product Management or Product Implementation in a fastpaced environment
Experience in responding to RFP
Superior communication and writing skills
Experience in engaging across the organization and with partners for successful sales completion
Experience in deploying products at client ends will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree required
