Description

We are looking for an Account Manger who will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with the various entities in the group.

The primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage multiple accounts for each of the group companies, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

You will act as the main point of contact, collaborating closely with in house teams to understand their marketing goals and develop effective strategies to achieve them.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and nurture strong relationships, serving as the primary liaison between the marketing department and group companies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of group' businesses, industries, and target audiences to provide strategic marketing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including creative, digital, and social media, to deliver integrated marketing solutions that meet group marketing objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to management expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing management with insightful reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies, sharing knowledge with management and internal teams.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Plus point if you have interest in graphic design
  • Proven experience as an account manager or similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools.
  • A passion for marketing and a desire to stay updated with industry trends.

Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
