About the role
We are currently looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Agent to join our team.


This role will be responsible for building own pipeline of leads via prospecting and networking and developing clients for company services.

This role will ideally suit someone from a Training /Education Industry or background. The ideal applicant should have a proven track record in Training and Education business.


Qualification/Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales within the training and education business in the UAE.
  • Excellent networking and business development skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent oral and written skills.
  • Passion for customer service and building a strong rapport with clients
  • Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts
  • Excellent Sales Presentation skills
  • Excellent Negotiation skills
  • Creative Thinking and Problem solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in Interaction or other CRM programs;
  • Ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage the business development strategy
  • Identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the training and coaching industry
  • Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market
  • Proactively developing own sales pipeline to promote the service portfolio of the company and convert them into new business
  • Achieving monthly and annual revenue targets, primarily achieved through cold calling, networking events, and assisting facetoface meetings
  • Preparing and delivering presentations of the company profile and its varied services articulately and confidently
  • Creating proposals, presenting to clients, and closing deals
  • Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns
  • Providing support to the clients and demonstrating a true passion for customer service by seeking ways to delight clients, going above and beyond in a proactive way
  • Manage multiple projects and pay attention to details
  • Work and collaborate with the team to ensure KPIs are met
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract, Commission

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
