    Theyare a Plaintiffs side law firm and appear regularly beforeadministrative tribunals as well as before state and federal courts.

    Theyare experts in special education law and all aspects of educationlaw representing school employees, families, students and children.


    PositionOverview:

    Ourclient is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-2 years ofexperience (preferably in education law, employment law, disabilityrights and civil litigation) whom is looking to grow into a smallfirm environment.

    Ourclients firm works as a team and we prefer someone who can growwith our firm, is organized, can multi task and knows their wayaround apps like Adobe, Outlook and law firm billing (or can pickthese things up quickly).

    Thisis an excellent opportunity to work in both state and federal courton issues that impact individuals in need.
    Strong legal writing is required.

    Requirements:
    • 1-2years of experience (preferably in education law, employment law,disability rights and / or civillitigation)
    • ActiveBar License in goodstanding
    • TeamPlayer with a positive, friendly disposition, whom canmulti-task
    • TechSavvy - Adobe, Outlook & LMS (ie- Cleo, etc) and billingsoftware
    • StrongLegal WritingSkills
