Responsibilities:


  • Receiving Customer's Orders via phone and WhatsApp, each according to its area of specialization
  • Understand the order well, enter its data correctly, and inquire about any ambiguous points.
  • Passing the order to palace Hall.
  • Communicate with external sales representatives and receive orders from them.
  • Not Receiving any order from foreign sales representative via a phone conversation but it's be written by WhatsApp message.
  • Entering the invoices into the file and achieving the according to the approved system daily. In the event of insufficient time, a delay period of no more then three days is allowed and after obtaining the approval of the public accountant.

Required Skills:


  • Graduation in any stream.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Good sales ability.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Tele sales.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Experience:

- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
