• Manage daily operations of the aesthetic departments at Dr. Samiha Abdalla Lutfi Clinic
• Supervise and lead a team of aesthetic professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff
• Ensure highquality patient care and exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase patient satisfaction and retention
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels
• Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance of the aesthetic departments
• Collaborate with other department heads and clinic administration to achieve organizational goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in aesthetic medicine
• Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements
• Coordinate the DHA inspections
• Monitoring Dubai Statistics and ensure the submission on time

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aesthetic field, with previous managerial experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to effectively manage staff and foster a positive work environment
• Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, procedures, and industry trends
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in the healthcare industry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
